- Due to Covid, we are not accepting returns. Please measure yourself to ensure you purchase the correct size.
- At S|S we do accept returns of domestic orders within 20 days of the date the order was shipped.
- All returns will be subject to $7 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
- All products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in the condition that it was given to you.
- We ask that you include the original packaging receipt in your returning package.
- S|S will not accept returns that exhibit signs of wear and tear.
- During final sales of products S|S will not accept returns.
How to Request a Return
- Once the return request has been accepted, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email to print out. Using the label provided, you will be able to drop your package to any postal/USPS office.
Refunds
- Once we have reviewed your return you will receive an email informing you if your request was declined or accepted. This will take a total of 7 business days from the date your returned package arrived to us.
- Please be sure to keep tabs on the tracking of your return package.
- If your request is accepted, you will receive a refund that applies to the original payment method.
- Please note that refunds may take as long as 7-10 business days to settle back into your banking account depending on your bank.
