For returns, we are only allowing waist trainers to be returned or exchanged at this time. We do not offer prepaid return labels, so all returns will be at your own expense.
If you are wanting to return a waist trainer please contact our customer support team. All waist trainer returns must be shipped back to us within 15 days from when it is first received.
Returned waist trainers will go under a detailed inspection, before refund processing. If the waist trainer being returned is in fact damaged, customer support will send an email notifying you that the item you have returned didn’t pass the inspection and you will not receive reimbursement for the order.
Damages May Include:
- torn items
- missing hooks
For the undergarments collection, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
